Unfortunately, a normal mailbox did not work, so we still tacked and switched to a customer service system. Send your questions about your mini -mamers orders, if they have not yet been answered, please again.
We expect to get the first loads next week, and from Tuesday the first refunds of products that are on repeating will also start in accordance with our policy to prevent complies.
The mini hobby refunds are now all worked out, what can you expect? If you have indicated before the 15th that you want your money back (this applies to memberships, orders and gift cards) then you will receive a credit invoice in the mail within 2 weeks. We all make these now, this must be done carefully (and manually, piece by piece), it is time in it, it must be done well. After we have drawn up the balance, the refunds are immediately scheduled. More info will follow later.
