What is the delivery time?
If your order does not contain pre-orders and everything is in stock, we do our best to send your order as quickly as possible. On working days this is usually the same day, if you order before 11 p.m. If not everything of your order is immediately in stock, it can take 10 to 15 working days.
If your order has not yet been sent after 3 working days, please contact us, maybe something went wrong somewhere, but we will be happy to help you put this right!
We can only send pre-orders after the release date.
What if my package loses?
In the unlikely event that something happens to your package, please contact us. We will then start an investigation at PostNL. If your package is no longer found, we will look for a solution together with which you are satisfied.
Which payment methods can I choose from?
You can pay with mini -fogers with Ideal, Bancontact and Credit Card, among others.
With which postal service is my package delivered?
Minigamers cooperates with PostNL to get the package to you as soon as possible. You will receive an email from us as soon as we send the package and from PostNL you will receive an email when they know what time the package will be delivered to you. Via this mail you can also indicate if you want to pick up your package at a service point or have it delivered at a different time.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium under € 75 the shipping costs are € 6.95, above that the shipping costs are free.
We charge € 17.99 for orders outside the Netherlands & Belgium.
Note: gift cards do not count for the free shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
That is of course no problem, if you want to cancel (part) of your order, it is best to send us an e-mail. If the order is not yet in processing in our warehouse, we can do that for you, but if your order is already being processed in our warehouse, then that is unfortunately no longer possible. Make sure that if you cancel part of your order and you will fall under the free shipping costs, shipping costs will be charged.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add products to orders or to change products.
If you want to cancel your order, you can return your order (or part of it) to us within 14 days of receipt.
As soon as we have received the package in good order, we will refund your money within 14 days of receipt.

The store is normally open from Tuesday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
