I want to inform you personally of an important update about the status of our deliveries. First of all, I want to offer my sincere apologies for the delays that you have experienced. I understand that we have previously promised that everything would be on time, and I now realize that we could not have realized this promise.
The delays were caused by a few challenges that we encountered during the start -up phase of mini -female. These problems were difficult to provide, and I realize that this has had consequences for your experience with us. As a face of mini -female, I feel responsibility to solve these problems and to inform you as well as possible about the state of affairs.
Despite this setback, everything is going well: our suppliers are completely on board and we will continue to work to keep improving. We also maintain our 4-week policy for deliveries, which means that if your order is not sent within 4 weeks, you will get a refund automatically.
We are currently busy improving our processes behind the scenes and solving the problems we encounter. We do everything we can to ensure that we can process your orders faster and with more clarity in the future. Although it can take some time to resolve all the bottlenecks, I am determined to make the necessary improvements.
While we are preparing to become fully operational, and I can't wait for the doors to open again, I must have a taste of what is coming: we have planned a lot of exciting events, WOM to start an Age or Sigmar Spearhead tournament, a Paint competition and a conversion competition (both both in -store and via the Discord!). These events are where I get my energy out of and they offer the chance to share my passion for the hobby with you, to meet each other and above all to have a lot of fun.
